Kids in Balance is a coaching app for parents to encourage kids to exercise and eat healthy.
KIB helps parents coach their kids to eat healthier and exercise more using rewards that are personalized to motivate their children.
This is how it works:
- Kids track their own health and fitness
- Kids learn through games and stories
- Parents receive health tips and chat with nutritionists
- Families set up health challenges for each other
- Parents track their kids health and fitness data over time
Parents set up a profile and choose a health journey for each child
Kids design an avatar.
As they complete challenges, they earn points to unlock new accessories.
Kids keep coming back to KIB to: maintain his streak, complete, challenges, earn points, earn IRL rewardsplay games…
Kids can interact with fun stories that sneak in health and fitness education.
Kids will be in it to win it. They can complete challenges to earn points or IRL rewards.
Parents are able to chat with a KIB certified coach
